- Registered Warranty
- - Upon completion SKYLIGHT
CONSTRUCTION LLC. shall issue to the building owner a Warranty/Maintenance
Agreement for periods of 5 to 10 years. Stating in simple terms that the Dome
surface membrane will not leak water due to faulty workmanship or coating
materials.
- PROJECT OWNERS MANUAL: Along with Maintenance Agreement Skylight Construction LLC. shall provide to the owner a manual giving detailed information relating to job specifics. - When to Recoat Dome in Future
- - Coating applied with
alternating colors. Gray base coat, Tan or White top coat. Sun will burn
coating at approximately the rate of one-half (1/2) to one (1) mil per year.
When gray base coat starts to show through white top coat, it will be time to
recoat. Estimate of time, ten (10) to fifteen (15) years.
MANUALS APPROPRIATE INFORMATION: Photos containing before and after pictures, Copy of guide specifications, starting date of project with detailed information showing dates when each step of project was performed along with weather conditions, as well as other information deemed necessary.
- Upon culmination of
Maintenance Agreement, Skylight Construction LLC. representative will inspect
the installation over existing Dome. This inspection report is free of charge
and without obligation.
- Inspection report is to be made available to
owner showing performance of project and noting any deficiencies or damaged
areas in need of repair. Maintenance work described in the inspection report
will be performed at owners expense. Future maintenance schedules and
inspections will be set, for future dates.
